AR PosterCollage  ///  Augmented Reality

Description:

This project explores augmented reality as a narrative extension of a printed poster, building on the theme of technology versus nature. The poster presents a physical entry point that is expanded through an augmented layer, creating a two-part storytelling experience. The work examines how mythology and spirituality have historically been used to explain the unknown, and how science and technology now offer alternative frameworks for understanding those same questions.

Process & Learning:

The process involved translating an existing conceptual theme into both physical and digital forms while maintaining narrative continuity between the two. Augmented reality elements were layered onto the poster to add depth, context, and meaning beyond the static surface. A key challenge was balancing clarity and cohesion across media while learning a new toolset. Through this project, skills were developed in AR-based design and in using augmentation as a storytelling device to expand the communicative potential of graphic design.
